Prior to ordering, to help ensure that our hosting service meets your requirements, please refer to the hosting plan details you are gonna buy for comprehensive information on all features offered under each hosting plan. To help you make the right decision, you can also contact us to discuss your hosting needs.

If you require help using or service, free technical support is available through Email, IM, Live Support, Support Ticket System.

You, as a user of any AzHosty services, agree that if you have any problems, you will use the live support, ticketing support system, and leave a support ticket - before going to PayPal/2CheckOut (2CO)/MoneyBookers/AlertPay/Liberty Reserve or other third parties to get your money back. eg.

If you have a problem with your service, you must create a support ticket in your clients area, if you decide to report us to PayPal/2CheckOut (2CO)/MoneyBookers/AlertPay/Liberty Reserve, before even requesting a refund, you are breaking these Terms Of Service.

By breaking the terms of service you risk termination of this contract, therefore you are liable for NO refund, NO Charge back, you risk getting suspended, terminated and banned from AzHosty.


15 Day Money Back Guarantee


At AzHosty we offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all hosting plans (except VPS): if in the unlikely event you don't receive access to all hosting features for your hosting plan as stated on our site within the first 48 hours after the completion of your order, contact us to have the feature promptly setup (some features may require this, such as Dedicated IP) or, if you don't get access to those features within 48 hours after contacting us, receive a full refund within the first 15 days.

If you completed your order within the last 15 days, our '15 Day Money Back Guarantee' policy may apply to you. If so, please contact us to arrange prompt rectification of the issue or a refund if required.

Cancelling Hosting Plans

You can cancel your hosting plan at any time prior to the next billing period by contacting us. Please note that a billing period already paid for will not be partially refunded (the hosting account will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation), subject to this refund policy and applicable laws. If you pre-paid for multiple billing periods in advance, the remaining portion for unused billing periods will be refunded upon cancellation.

Upon cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email. Please do not consider your hosting account cancelled until you receive this email.

The standard AzHosty billing period for Shared & Reseller Hosting is quarterly (3 monthly) and for Master Reseller and Alpha Master Reseller Hosting is monthly - commencing from the day you first ordered the hosting plan and renewing every 3monthly/month thereafter until cancelled. For example, if you ordered a hosting account on the 16th, your billing period will be from the 16th to 15th of each month after that until cancelled. Other billing periods may apply to you, depending on what hosting plan you purchased and your hosting agreement with us - please contact us if you would like further information about the billing period that applies to you.

Hosting Orders Made More Than 15 Days Ago

At AzHosty we want you to be completely satisfied with your hosting plan. If you are not, we encourage you to contact us and we will promptly try to rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction.

As with refunds in general, we ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds on hosting plans already payed for if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you.

The company that operates AzHosty, operates a large number of websites. This refund policy applies only to AzHosty services.

In the event you would like to cancel your hosting plan or request a refund/exchange under our refund policy, please contact us.

Refund Policy Regarding Domain Names


Subject to this refund policy and applicable law, no refunds or changes will be given on domain name registrations/transfers/renewals. This is due to the non-refundable registry costs incurred by us at the time of processing your order. It is important that you check the spelling of the domain name you wish to register on the registration form as we are unable to give refunds even if you misspell the domain name you wish to register.

Other Services Where Refund Policy Does Not Apply


There are no refund/money back
offered on VPS Plans, cPanel/Fantastico/RvSkin/RvSiteBuilder Licenses with VPS, Dedicated IP with hosting & Dedicated server not refunded, SSH and all other hosting addons are not refunded

NOTE: NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF OUR POLICY HAS BEEN VIOLATED!
